's description of the suspect differed. >>> city college of san francisco students camping out this morning trying to get the chancellor's attention. they are holding a sit in at the main campus. they want the chancellor to meet with them to talk about school plans to avoid closure. the college is fighting to keep its accreditation after they were found to have an excessive number of campuses and high faculty costs. if the college fails to show adequate improvement, it could close in june. >>> boeing's troubled 787 dreamliner may soon take flight again. a few hours ago the company said it found a temporary fix for battery problems that have grounded the fleet and will present that plan to faa officials later today. boeing isn't giving specifics but the plan includes putting the batteries inside of a fire resistant container to prevent overheating. back in january all dreamliners were grounded worldwide after battery problems on two separate flights. if this plan is approved, boeing hopes to have the dreamliner up and flying again by april. >>> 4:37 right now. time to check back in with chri

in redwood city. police say this happened near east bay shore road off highway 101. initially redwood city police shut down traffic in both directions of east bay shore road during this investigation. also some breaking news here to tell you about from san jose where at least one person is injured after a car crashes right into a bta bus on tully road and capital expressway. we understand that the intersection has now been blocked off for more on this and a look at the traffic surrounding this, let's check out things with mike inouye. >> good morning. this is another chopper live shot over that intersection basically it's at capital expressway and tully where there are two centers here. folks familiar with it, it's a large intersection. it looks like most of the activity is off to the shoulder. center of your screen there is a car that looks like it's the one that hit that vta express. that motor coach. it is very heavily damaged as far as that front passenger side goes. no details on specifics for the injuries. we just know that one person was taken from the scene. there's that vta expres
